Diana’s family instilled in her a respect for sustainable ingredients and a taste for adventure. Growing up a fisherman’s daughter on the shores of Vancouver Island, Diana is united with the bounty and offerings of her home.
A recent graduate of The Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver, and a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert, Diana’s biggest offering is to use her cooking as a canvas to educate and inspire. She is passionate about her craft and enjoys small group catering with her company Intuition Kitchen. Her hope is that you come to love and respect the West Coast as much as she does. She enjoys sharing her passions through the offerings of the food she creates aboard the Passing Cloud in the remote regions of the BC Coast – a place she is proud to call home.
